Last updated: February 18, 2026
Overview
Stacked is a privacy-first outreach tracker. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name and email address.
- Task and workspace information you create in the app.
- Email template content you author.
- Gmail thread IDs and message metadata needed for follow-up workflows.
- Encrypted OAuth tokens when you connect Gmail.
How we use Google user data
- Send outreach and follow-up emails on your behalf when you take action in the app.
- Check thread metadata to detect replies for task state updates and automation.
- Maintain your connected Gmail session using encrypted tokens.
Stacked does not use Google user data for advertising, data brokering, or resale.
What we do not store
Stacked is designed to avoid storing email body content from Gmail. We only keep the minimum metadata required for product functionality.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share data with infrastructure providers required to run the service (for example hosting and database providers) under applicable contractual and security controls.
Your choices
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings.
- You can edit or delete your app content from within the product.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
Security
Access credentials for connected Gmail accounts are encrypted at rest. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
