- •Delay can be preset or custom day value.
- •Eligible tasks schedule next action dates for worker checks.
Background Worker
Scheduled checks evaluate due follow-ups, verify reply status, and send follow-up mail when criteria match.
Worker updates task state and logs activity after execution.
