Pull tasks
- •Owner: full control, including workspace deletion.
- •Editor: can create tasks and manage invites/members within role constraints.
- •Viewer: can view and pull tasks, but cannot create workspace tasks.
Pulling Tasks
Pull creates a personal copy linked to the workspace master task and marks assignment for tracking.
The master task remains in shared pool and visible to all members.
Master Updates & Sync
- •When master fields change, linked personal copies can show pending updates.
- •You can Sync Changes, Reject Changes, or Pull Change as Copy.
- •This avoids silent overwrites of personal work.
Invitations
- •Invite by email with Editor/Viewer role.
- •Invitation links can be shared manually if mail send fails.
- •Invites expire and must be accepted by matching email account.
