Cannot Send Email

• •Confirm Gmail is connected in Settings.
• •Check task has recipient email.
• •Ensure subject and body are not empty.

Workspace Invite Problems

• •Use generated invite URL when email send fails.
• •Accept invite using the same email address that received invite.
• •Expired tokens must be reissued.

Copy Sync Confusion

• •Use Sync Changes to update your linked copy.
• •Use Reject Changes to keep your current values.
• •Use Pull Change as Copy to branch a new copy from latest master.

State Mismatch After External Sending

Use manual buttons (Mark as Sent / Awaiting Reply / Reply Received / Closed) to keep stack state accurate when emails were sent outside Stacked.
